- AAAngelina2 days ago1.0Every time I get my car washed there, it’s done poorly—it’s a complete mess. The process seems rushed, so the cleaning doesn't feel thorough at all. I never want to go back!
- THTimothy Haines4 days ago1.0Overall, I am a huge fan of this brand. Here was the experience from today that resulted in a one star rating: 1. Car in front us stops unexpectedly in the wash. 2. Contact is made between that car and our car. 3. Manager of car wash immediately makes it clear that he is uninterested in what happened, and that he is of the opinion that the car wash has no liability. 4. Manger of car wash refuses to provide access to security footage that would clearly indicate what had happened. - Fortunately a 360 dash cam captured what actually happened. What concerned me most wasn’t even the liability: it was the complete lack of interest in the customer experience and the completely lack of interest in accountability.
