There were no signs to put the car in neutral, even though I assumed that was necessary. How do you know for sure you're getting the correct wash with other people coming into the line at the same time? Most of all, the wash was expensive and not very good. The main stuff I was trying to wash off was still there when I got out. Highly disappointed.

- BBB. BarryNov 4, 20251.0I usually go to the Tommy’s Express on 28th Street near my house, but since I was nearby, I decided to try this location and it was a complete disaster. First, when you enter the ramp to get your car washed, there are no clear signs telling you to put your car in neutral, unlike other Tommy’s Express Car Wash locations. That’s unsafe and could easily lead to an accident, especially with so many cars lined up. Second, during the wash, the right side of my car was damaged , the fender trim was ripped off because of the strong water pressure or brushes. I immediately filed a claim, but the manager on site was rude and dismissive from start to finish. He kept cutting me off while I was explaining what happened and acted like I was the problem. The very next day, I received an email from their “claims department” stating that they wouldn’t cover the damage because they believe my car was already broken — which is completely false. My car was in perfect condition before entering their wash, and I’ve attached photos of the damage so they can clearly see what happened. Overall, this will definitely be my last visit to this location. Be careful if you go here — management is unprofessional, and they refuse to take accountability for the damage they cause. If I had read the other reviews beforehand, I would have been more careful and never gone to this place.

They claimed it was a “pay per wash” membership, which makes no sense since I purchased it directly through their app. On top of that, the service quality is poor, they charge more than competitors, and the vacuums are often faulty. Definitely not worth the money.
