  I usually go to the Tommy’s Express on 28th Street near my house, but since I was nearby, I decided to try this location and it was a complete disaster. First, when you enter the ramp to get your car washed, there are no clear signs telling you to put your car in neutral, unlike other Tommy’s Express Car Wash locations. That’s unsafe and could easily lead to an accident, especially with so many cars lined up. Second, during the wash, the right side of my car was damaged , the fender trim was ripped off because of the strong water pressure or brushes. I immediately filed a claim, but the manager on site was rude and dismissive from start to finish. He kept cutting me off while I was explaining what happened and acted like I was the problem. The very next day, I received an email from their “claims department” stating that they wouldn’t cover the damage because they believe my car was already broken — which is completely false. My car was in perfect condition before entering their wash, and I’ve attached photos of the damage so they can clearly see what happened. Overall, this will definitely be my last visit to this location. Be careful if you go here — management is unprofessional, and they refuse to take accountability for the damage they cause. If I had read the other reviews beforehand, I would have been more careful and never gone to this place.

  Very disappointing experience with Tommy Car Wash. I had a monthly membership for 2 cars, but they kept overcharging me every time I washed my car until I noticed and called them. They claimed it was a “pay per wash” membership, which makes no sense since I purchased it directly through their app. On top of that, the service quality is poor, they charge more than competitors, and the vacuums are often faulty. Definitely not worth the money.

  Not a fan of this location. I reached out and didn’t get a response. Subscribed to works membership went through the wash 3 times Jeep was still covered in dirt and left soap bubble marks on my windows and doors. This car wash has issues. Workers didn’t want to spray my Jeep with a hose either.

  $14 seems really pricey for a wash, was already in line so did the wash. Realistically no better than a $8 wash at a gas station

  Both my husband's car and mine had our license plates bent within a 24 hour period at this location. When I called and spoke with the manager he said "it's the first that's ever happened", but since the license plate isn't part of the car, they can't be held responsible. Be sure you take your license plates off before going through here, I guess! Reached out via email, as he suggested on the phone and haven't received a response in over a week.
