Days later when I returned the second vehicle to the original location, staff was very apologetic and waived additional fees that I would have needed to pay due to the issues that occurred. Staff was very friendly and apologetic though the car troubles were not their fault. Will rent from enterprise again!

After driving a few miles, the smell in the car was getting worse. I called and returned the car and they had another one ready. I was not happy with that one due to excessive fragrance. They let me smell a couple more and i got to pick one i was comfortable with. None of this is in the job description. The team here has great customer service and go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Thank You Team!
