Excellent service. They were very communicative on every step with my van. I broke down in GR. Live 1 1/2 away. They made sure to keep my van taken care of and gave every detailed notes on everything I need fixed. Would recommend to anyone ♥️
Came in for brakes and a noise under my car. They got me right in and out and the finance options they have are amazing. Brad did fantastic and I’ll come back for everything

Staff is very polite and accommodating, had scheduled at a different location and was not able to get there with my vehicle, Brad was able to take my vehicle without an appointment told me upfront about the wait time I was to expect before it could be seen, my vehicle was done and ready that same day. Helped me sign up for financing to manage my bill and got me back on the road and on my way

I scheduled an online appointment for an oil change at Tuffy on Fuller for my fiancé and received a confirmation. I also called ahead to push the appointment back by an hour, so there was clear documentation that the appointment existed.
When my fiancé arrived, he was told there was no appointment on file. When I called to clarify, the staff member (Brad) initially stated there were no appointments, despite the confirmation I had received. After further discussion, he was somehow able to identify the reservation under my last name, even though he stated he could not see reservation details—this inconsistency added to the confusion. Brad stated my fiance did not give my name at all, but was able to locate the reservation under my last name. When I called my fiance he said he possibly shared my first name. It left me with the impression that Brad did not even attempt to lookup the appointment to verify the name, vehicle or any additional identifying information. This is what was most frustrating, this lack of effort to investigate the issue and the dismissive response regarding the wait time and business of the location.
I was told they could “fit him in” in an hour plus wait time, and the comparison was made to a doctor’s office where delays are expected. However, this situation was not about a delay—it was about the effort to make an appt, the issue with looking up/identifying it, and the perceived dismissiveness of the employee. Additionally, I do find it odd to make an appointment and still expect an hour wait.
The interaction ultimately felt like a lack of ownership and customer care. I’ve had excellent experiences with other Tuffy locations, which is why this was particularly disappointing. Based on this interaction, I would not return to this location.
The team members seem like nice people, as far as the work, I came to get my control arm, axle and tie rod replaced on the passenger side. They did a good job. I left with a sketchy break system, now whenever I press my break pedal it makes a scratching /clicking noise that I feel while my foot is pressing down. Business wise Im sure they could have done better.
