  I dropped in, I was able to get in got my service and to get out in a very timely manner overall good experience and a very good price! I get all my oil changes done at Tuffy.

  Im so glad I went to Tuffy for there service. They did great job and take there time,not rushing with incomplete service. I will go back again.

  They rotated the tires and I was surprised, As were the directors of the Green Apple Food Pantry, that price was very reasonable even though it was a large van.

  I just want to start off by saying I typically dont write reviews. However, considering the circumstances and just moving into the area not really knowing who to reach out to I contacted this company. I spoke with Claude and explained the situation I was in. I needed to tow my car because the brakes were bad. He went above and beyond even to my expectations and truely cared. He helped get me a lower tow rate then what I originally got quoted for, explained everything that was going on with my car and even though it was a lot more than what I anticipated he was able to lower the cost and help me finance a loan. I cant begin to explain how great full I am of this company and their employees. The overall result of the repair was phenomenal. My brakes are in better condition than they have ever been thanks to the hard workers here. I must not forget they also did an oil change for me too which seems to be done better than anyone I have ever let service my vehicle. Thank you SO much for caring and thank you SO much for going that extra mile for me and getting my car fixed the best way possible. You have gained a new loyal customer.

  Had a engine diagnostic done due to check engine light. I knew it was a cylinder 2 misfire and that it was the fuel injector again (3rd time it went out in little over 4 years.) I opted for the BG EPR and BG MOA service that removes engine carbon from internals and pistons along with my full synthetic oil change for $157 since my vehicle is a 2012 Mazda3 Skyactiv . They were gonna charge $137 due to my oil change coupon for the upgrade oil change service. This service included topping off fluids. At this point my bill was gonna be $140 for compression test and $100 diagnostic which would be applied towards repair cost. I left the car overnight because they needed to check the fuel injector after the compression test came back fine. I told them I need the car by 2:30 next day to pick up my grandaughter from school. They told me they would call me first thing in the morning with quote and confirm if it was the fuel injector so they could order part and start the repair. I called them at noon to find out what was going on. It was the fuel injector. I was hesitant to leave it overnight. I asked them if they were gonna be able to have it fixed by 2:30pm the next day. He said yes.They had it all morning and didnt call or let me know. I ended up paying $1009 for the repair and service. I had to go back because I checked when I got home and my antifreeze and washer fluid were both empty. When I got back they were gonna put a universal Antifreeze in and I told them it has to be Mazda FL22 coolant (green-colored, ethylene glycol-based) Antifreeze. When I got home I checked fluids again and they didn't fill windshield washer fluid. They took off my coupon but charged $87 in fees. I asked what that was and the advisor said it was for using the shop supplies like car lift and tools. He said all shops charge that. WTH! I looked at all my past invoices from the 3 other shops I have been to for repairs over the last 8 years and no "Fees" charge. Won't be back. I have worked in automotive for years and questioned them on many things. When I got the final bill I was in a hurry because I had to pick my grandaughter up from school. I made it very clear I needed it done by 2:30pm. It was 2:45pm. When I got home I saw the addition fees charge. After adding up what it should have cost for fuel injector replacement appox $600, upgrade oil service $137 and compression test $140 the bill should have been around $900 with taxes on supplies. I believe I was overcharged for a repair that I have had done twice before, 2/9/24 and Jan 2022. Especially since I gave them my oil change coupon and a $30 off coupon for a repair over $300. I called Fox Honda and the quote came back less than I was charged. Won't go back there. The attitude I received when I went back due to low fluid levels was less than considerate. I am a woman but knowledgeable about car repairs and maintenance. Worked in Auto repair shop, auto rebuilding shop and a Dealership for 9 years total. Directly with service for half of that time. I put together quotes for customers. The 2 star is due to not calling with quote in the morning knowing I needed my car by 2:30 next day and final price and attitude of Advisor. I had to call them at noon. My car would not have been fixed on time if I hadn't called the shop when I did. Not impressed with Tuffy. I always got back to my customers within the time frame I said I would and we were a busy shop as well.
