  After getting my tesla windshield calibrated i looked into how my car was used in the energy consumption chart in my car. The service tech was joy riding my car and the energy consumption was through the roof, at nearly 1,000 Wh/mi. It's usually around 300wh/mi for reference and close to 600wh/mi when you accelerate quickly for brief moments. So he definitely abused my car when in his possession. I'll never will go to Safelite again.

  This place was absolutely spot on. Service is second to none. Very fast, attention to detail and amazing work. Definitely will be getting all of my auto glass needs from here on out.

  The installation person was good and professional but once the windshield was out the installer stated the new windshield bracket was different than the original windshield bracket, so he called his supervisor and they told him to install it anyway knowing it wouldn’t fit correctly. The installer also stated it was a poor fit and we could now have wind noise and our rain sensor will not work. The car is a 2025 and we’ve had it only seven months but Safelite didn’t care that it was not right. I have complained to both our insurance company and Safelite until we finally have another windshield being installed in a week. Not sure why we even had to complain since it never should have been installed in the first place if it wasn’t right.

  Truly a great experience at this location. They handled my claim with care and integrity. They checked with me before installing a new windshield they realized had an abrasion. Then, they went above and beyond and found me a new windshield from another shop, and had it installed same day as my appointment. My service technician Dave was a true professional. A keeper!
