    Quoted me a rate to extend a priceline rental. I double asked the employee if that's without my deposit being touch because I don't want my deposit being used and I want my deposit back. Ensured me my deposit was fine. Turned in the car and now they are charging me the amount quoted plus my deposit. I wouldn't have rented a car that cost that amount per day. 😳 not happy after being a long standing customer with enterprise

    Easily the worst service I have had across any company EVER. Manager maliciously deceived me and then refused to fill my reservation. I have reached out to higher ups and have not heard back. BEWARE that enterprise may refuse to rent to you if they feel you are threatening their internal customer satisfaction survey.

    I booked a rental car for our trip to Memphis, TN, when my husband and I arrived at the airport to pick it up, I knew there would be an additional deposit charge on top of the set rate that I was purchasing, thinking maybe like $100-$200...not $500! The Enterprise employee was terribly rude and we could hardly understand what he was saying. I asked if I could pay cash, he told me he couldn't process cash. I handed him my debit card and he told me that it had to be a credit card, so I asked him to then run it as a credit card. He couldn't do that either. So my husband gave him his credit card. Very un accommodating and just a poor experience. If I have to get a rental in the future it will most likely be with a different company. All in all...very un accommodating and I will

    Reserved a van over a month in advance for Spring Break and received confirmation a few days before. Showed up on the day of the rental and was told my reservation was canceled. Was told they were “too busy to call” before they canceled. Will never rent from Enterprise again.

    Tyler checked me in, and checked me out. He provided excellent service at both ends of my rental. He was very quick and efficient while managing several customers. I'll definitely use Enterprise again at GRR.
