  Kayla was really nice and good at guiding me through the rental process and helping me get used to the car! Even though later the first car had a little windshield wiper problem, Kayla responded immediately and helped me get another car that even fit my previous Toyota driving experience! I’m very appreciative of Kayla’s professional support and thoughtful approach and positive energy, which reduced my anxiety about the first rental car experience in the U.S. during a rainy day rushing to an important meeting in another city. Devin also helped me with returning the rental car and made sure everything was done! He also kindly answered my questions and provided me some useful information about different choices for future rental cars. My first rental car experience was very satisfied with them at Enterprise Downtown Grand Rapids and I would like to share these experiences with my friends, and also consider choosing Enterprise’s rental car again.

  Amadou and the rest of the staff were responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. My rental car was EXCELLENT in all areas (cleanliness, performance, etc). No notes, I would 10000% recommend them!

  While the reps were nice, they did not ensure that I had a safe vehicle for a long distance drive. Unfortunately I had issues and the branch was closed early due to the weekend. The engine oil light came on only 30 minutes of having the rental vehicle and 10 miles of travel. Thankfully I had not left for my trip yet. I came to the airport location for assistance. It took over an hour to get into a new rental. I’m extremely disappointed especially because the service rep knew how far I was traveling. What would I had done if this issue arose during my travel and the offices closed?

  At this point I think it's best if I have legal counsel involved they purposely overcharged my card for the payment of the vehicle that I was in for the week and that vehicle was not clean no Clorox wipes in the inside or anything and told me that it was the only vehicle that was available for me and then when I returned the vehicle they claimed I smoked in a vehicle because the vehicle was dirty when they gave it to me and took $159 from my $300 deposit so I was overcharged for a rental and then charge for the condition of a rental that I have absolutely nothing to do with and when I called customer support to make a complaint it's the same thing we'll have someone to get back with you immediately within a few days it never happens but hopefully with me already have an attorney involved will definitely get the ball rolling I advise anyone else not to rent from this company if you have to pay a few extra dollars elsewhere I guarantee you it'll be far worse than to go through this horrible customer service experience
