I believe his name was Josh that guided me in and introduced me. His enthusiasm and friendless was amazing! It made the whole experience very nice. Because of him, I will definitely be making this my "go to" for an oil change. As for the price and speed, the price was good, I paid only about $72.00 total after a coupon (They have many). And I was in and out within 15 minutes. Overall, great experience with the service, and great experience with every one of the technicians!
- EBElisabeth BeaubienSep 25, 20255.0I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. These dudes were amazing. They were completely honest and up front and didn't try to upcharge me at all. Last time I went to penzoil and they insisted I needed full synthetic and it was so expensive for no reason. Performance plus didn't lie to me about that and it was so much more affordable for me. I also needed 5 new bulbs in my top brake light and they gave me a huge discount for that as well. They prioritize customer service over money which is rare these days. I've been trying to find a good place in the GR area for oil changes but could never find a good trustworthy place. I will be back and plan to go here for all future oil changes. I highly recommend them especially if you're a female that doesn't know much about cars. You won't get scammed like a lot of other places. They're good trustworthy people.
