- ALAaron Lehrman1 day ago5.0We rented a Chrysler Pacifica during Christmas of 2025 through Travelocity. National Car Rental was not manned when we were there at 7am, but Enterprise took care of us. They were SUPER cool and helpful. Even gave us some tips for saving more money next time. The van had 8,000 miles on it. It was close to the next oil change (we returned it within a couple hundred miles of needing it). It was mainly clean, but there was a tray with a couple pop cans and other trash we had to dump. However, when we mentioned this, they gave us a nice discount as an apology (without me asking). We drove it a little over 1,000 miles to Iowa and back and it had no issues. It was fun to drive and figure out the adaptive cruise control. It was enough for five teenagers and a parent (6 total) to pack and ride. It did NOT have an AC three-prong outlet, but we had an inverter (for the “cigarette lighter” plug) and that was enough for us. Finding the rental desk was confusing. Do your research to figure out where it is and how to get there. We ended up going through long-term parking and getting a ticket (which they waved the fee on).

I had rented a car earlier in the day. If it's late at night I would advise renting from a different company. Nothing against the people there, but the system is just broken.
