Contacted customer service a second time and had success in getting some of my money refunded. The difference being the rep seemed to actually care versus the first rep only having excuses to why she couldn't help me get my problem resolved. I debated on removing my review as a whole but decided to just add to it. As I understand mistake happens but this still felt intentional as I down-graded my service only for them to change it back after 1 month. Mister Car wash offers is a great value on the base level. Watch your recurring charges on your account and if you cancel don't take their word for it!!!

Then she proceeded to keep vacuuming! She ended up vacuuming my entire car. As we chatted I found out Wava is Assistant General Manager. I have always been pleased with the friendly service. Her exceptional service really touched my heart.
