Just came through for the first time and over 75% of the rear of my vehicle was still SO dirty. 1st photo is after i had aleready wiped down at least 1/2 of the mess that remained. Second photo is of the towel after I used my own cleaner and wiped off all that was missed by the car wash.
- SCSarah CavanaughFeb 28, 20263.0Price keeps going up and the washes are getting worse. I keep going to get my car washed and the grill is still dirty every time. Looks like no water/soap has touched it. Was told they no longer spray your car and the grill brush is broken.

I wish I hadn’t today, although the worker at the kiosk was trying her best to help with the kiosk accepting my tap and pay but it just wouldn’t work. However, to pay for a carwash and the back of my vehicle is still disgustingly dirty is just disappointing, especially when the car wash I usually support does a better job, it’s just not as close. Please seriously have workers that come and soap up the back and front of the vehicles, instead of an air brush mechanism that isn’t even cleaning it’s just making noises and spreading the dirt. Sad, upgrade and do better for the members in the community that spends their hard working money at your business.
