Knowing the bad road conditions one would expect during a Michigan December, I ordered a 4-wheel drive 7 passenger vehicle. I received a 2-wheel drive minivan with highway tires. I n the month I had the vehicle I got stuck in snow and ice three times.

The parking garage was dark, but I noticed right off that the exterior was dirty and driver’s side floor mat was dirty/stained but chalked it up to the weather (recent snow). When I finally arrived at my appointment (in the light), I could see that the interior was also dirty-stains from spills in back seat, dirty cup holders and all floor mats were dirty with stains or foot prints. The low tire notification came on about 30 min into my trip home, too. I contacted Enterprise right away and was directed to take it back and ask for a switch. I couldn’t do that because I was across town 25 min away at an appointment and had to get home in another town right after that-in opposite direction. She was kind and advised the location where the rental happened would contact me. They did not. No resolution, I am left with a dirty car, low tire, and no return call. I did take photos?

But this Enterprise has to be the worst one ever. I wish my company would work a deal out with another rental company because the service with Enterprise is just horrible. They don't care about their customers, especially the long-term customers that they make a ton of money on. It's all about the money for them i guess, forget wanting to provide a good service. This place is a joke.
