Whoever answered the phone when I called was not only rude but very unwilling to offer any solutions as well. I explained my situation and said I could use a rental car. His only response was "I don't know why you were sent to me, we currently don't have any cars on the lot". I understand if that's the case but considering there's multiple locations within a 10 minute drive in any direction, you think he'd help me out by checking which one might. Instead he hung up, so I had to start calling around instead.

No, I'm not a rep for them, I in fact hate the outside world so that is why I was so happy to see helpful people in customer service.
