I was told I would still be able to get a car. when I showed up I was told they were closed and I couldn’t and when I asked if I could just wait inside while I waited for an Uber to come get me, they said no, and left me standing in 2° Weather while they stood inside and talked. Like closed and no services provided I get it but seriously what kind of person just leaves someone outside in this kind of cold.
