    Zero stars!!! Alex was the rudest representative. I reserved a 7 passenger vehicle. When I got there he said they didn’t have. Then he lied and said he called me and he remembered talking to me that was a total lie. I never spoke to him. I showed my phone history, he pointed the number and it said, missed call. No message. When I disagreed with him, he told us to go somewhere else. Do not go to Enterprise on 76th street in Byron Center, MI.
