When I went to get the car at the location I was told to go they said they didn’t have my reservation telling me there would be a car available at another location later in the day. When I got there the only car available was a Corolla which smelled of smoke. I had no choice but to take it. The car rattled all the way home and when I got home it smelled of burnt rubber. The next day they gave me another car. The next morning that car wouldn’t start and had to be towed. I needed to call a Uber to take me to my appointment and back home. I also realized I had left a bag of brand new with tags still on them dresses to return to the store. When I called to see if I could retrieve the bag, they said the car was at their service center but they would look into it. No one ever called and I was out $300/ for uber and the dresses. Terrible experience!!! Will never rent from enterprise again and will pass the word to my family members who rent cars frequently for business and vacations.
