- MAMark AlexanderFeb 24, 20261.0At this point I think it's best if I have legal counsel involved they purposely overcharged my card for the payment of the vehicle that I was in for the week and that vehicle was not clean no Clorox wipes in the inside or anything and told me that it was the only vehicle that was available for me and then when I returned the vehicle they claimed I smoked in a vehicle because the vehicle was dirty when they gave it to me and took $159 from my $300 deposit so I was overcharged for a rental and then charge for the condition of a rental that I have absolutely nothing to do with and when I called customer support to make a complaint it's the same thing we'll have someone to get back with you immediately within a few days it never happens but hopefully with me already have an attorney involved will definitely get the ball rolling I advise anyone else not to rent from this company if you have to pay a few extra dollars elsewhere I guarantee you it'll be far worse than to go through this horrible customer service experience

Really appreciate their help getting to the auto body shop where my car was being fixed as well. Definitely recommend.
