First time, I rented a car for 1 day drove on the highway then the windshield broke from the rain. Luckily I had a damage waiver. Spoke to the manager he said, it happens all the time because of the cheap glass he orders for the cars. Purposely scamming people. The 3rd time I rented a car for 2 days barely drove the vehicle returned it in the morning after I took my son to school the manager Kayla says there was a strong smoke smell which is a lie. So now it is my word against hers and she’s telling me I’m lying… so I’m out of a $300 deposit over false allegations because there was not a 3rd person to verify so yes. Please be careful there, I believe the managers have a way of scheming customers out of money for their own goods. Not sure why else would she lie and say that but I won’t ever spend my money with this service again that’s for sure. Enterprise replied to my review saying reach out, I have called 3times, emailed and followed the contact link and still have not heard anything from a supervisor. Or anything about my deposit!
