- JSJonathan Sinuk4 days ago1.0I would give zero stars if I could. The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The Secretary of State is a picnic compared to this camping world location. I booked an appointment to take in my 2023 Heartland Bighorn 37DB for its first service in June 2024 to get a few small items fixed from defective manufacturing, the biggest being an AC unit not blowing cold. I dropped it off in early June and dealt with Ashley Brown who was pleasant at first. As weeks turned into months and after repeated phone calls and visits to the shop I mostly received bs excuses. I was told the girl who handles warranty claims was on a 2 week vacation when I was told the day before she would submit claims in a couple days. Ashley Brown would almost never return my calls and usually had an aloof attitude. They said they “replaced” the faulty AC unit which worked when I picked it up 3 months later and then never again after that! Stay far away from this facility if you value your time and sanity.

However, the Camping World network exceeded my expectations in every way. Andrea, Mark, and Blaine at the Biloxi location were fantastic - quickly agreeing on a fair purchase price and coordinating a seamless dealer-to-dealer transfer. They prepared the sales agreement and handled the logistical details to ensure the RV arrived safely at our local store in Grand Rapids. Once it arrived, the Grand Rapids team - Scott, Tony, and Paul - provided a top-tier delivery experience. They completed the final sale efficiently, conducted a thorough new-owner orientation, and even helped us prepare the unit for safe winter storage. If you’re wondering if long-distance dealer transfers of RVs are possible, our experience proves that Camping World can make it happen seamlessly.
