They come back with a long list of repairs that were "needed" before an alignment can be done, totaling an estimated $1,900. Little do they know, I had the truck in a different shop for a vibration issue, just this week. EVERYTHING on the front end was inspected at the time of that repair. I was just wanting an alignment because the steering wheel is off center and it pulls a bit to the right when driving. They did say the right wheel is starting to lock up. But when I got home, I lifted the truck and checked everything again. I agree I could use a new caliper and pads, but everything else in the front end is solid just as my mechanic said. This place is a complete scam. I've heard of these stories happening to women because a lot of women don't know much on vehicles, but not to a guy who came in with oil stained jeans.

Today I came in for an alignment after doing my own simple tie rod swap and they told me they couldn’t do an alignment because all 4 of my ball joints were severely worn. So I am dealing with passing of a family member so I bring it to the dealer to do the work while I take care of business and they call me and tell me all the ball joints are in great shape. So during all this chaos I’m dealing with juggling a vehicle around because of incompetence of a shop that’s supposed to do alignments every day.
