I always drop it off whether it be a front end alignment, a TPSM or a new set of tires. Always cheaper than a dealer. I trust them.
- EJEngineer JonJan 1, 20261.0I had a terrible experience at Belle Tire on Plainfield Avenue in Grand Rapids. After getting new tires installed on my 2019 4Runner, the TPMS light came on, a problem I never had before. This wasn’t a simple tire pressure issue; it was a communication error with one of the sensors, which could have been damaged during installation. I had to make TWO return trips, and Belle Tire offered no real support or solutions aside from scanning for codes and then clearing the TPMS code only for it to return again 20min further down the road. They didn’t even try to sell me new sensors or work with me on any fix, just told me to take it to the dealer for diagnostics. TPMS don't just go bad coincidentally at the exact moment of a tire change. I’m now taking it to the dealer and will be seeking reimbursement for any charges related to their installation. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location.

Communicated the process and options and the alignment and tires were immediately and noticeably better! I have always had a great experience with Belle Tire. I would recommend being proactive and get work done before the snow starts falling and schedule your service. It was crazy busy because I waited until the snow, so glad I pre scheduled my new tire installation! Still were timely and great to work with.
