  I had an excellent experience at Belle Tire on 28th Street! The team was professional, fast, and extremely helpful from start to finish. They took the time to explain my options clearly, didn’t pressure me into anything unnecessary, and got me back on the road quicker than expected. The customer service was top-notch — friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the whole process felt smooth and efficient. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but this location absolutely delivers. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone needing tires or service done right the first time! 🚗👏

  We were in town when a board with several large metal pieces sticking out flew off a semi right in front of us on the highway and popped my tire. We were initially told an hour and a half to 2 hour wait but the tire was replaced within 20 minutes. While we waited a random guy came up and gave us $100 in Bell Tire bucks. We were so very grateful. Not to mention the employee that looks like Santa was so entertaining to my 2 1/2 year old it was very heart warming to watch. The very stressful day turned in to a encouraging night and ended on a very positive note thanks to our experience here.

  Jessie was great! Very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I dropped my car off due to a flat on the front driver side after hitting a pothole. The next morning I spoke with Antonio inquiring when my vehicle would be done being serviced (due to the New Year Eve holiday, I wanted to make sure I had time to get my car before the shop closed). He didn’t have a set time and I let it be. I received a call about 10 minutes later from him stating that there was a nail in the side wall of my passenger side tire that couldn’t be fixed. I questioned if he had the right car because that is not what I dropped my car off for. He had all the correct information verifying my vehicle so that let me know that they didn’t even take the time to LOOK at the vehicle because it was very apparent where the issue lied and I could’ve taken my car elsewhere to have it serviced in a timely manner. I was able to get down the road to discount tire and they were able to get me back on the road in under an hour! Also, these overall ratings aren’t looking too good. Go elsewhere…wish I would’ve read them prior.
