I went in scheduled and told them about tire that was going flat and needed 2 be replaced they replaced 2 others and left the tire with issue on. Picked up my Jeep and light for tire pressure was RED. It wasnt because it need to be reset 24 hour later I have a flat tire and 2 new tires. As well as a suggestion to have 2K worth of work in suspension. They didn't really look at it just wanted money. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION or suggest anyone take a vehicle. SCAMMMMMMM.

Jesse was speaking with a customer whose service had been delayed, and he handled it perfectly. I’ve worked in customer service for years, and he was great. The gentleman who checked me in and out (forgot his name - maybe Tim?) was also polite, efficient, and professional. I’ll recommend your shop to others!

I took it to another mechanic and they said that they didn't even try to take off the screws to see the control arms and everything underneath. So they lied about even checking and nothing was wrong whatsoever. So could've been scammed out of 2 grand if I didn't feel off about it. I know my car but what about others that think they can trust you all. Never even going to return again. Shame on Jesse smoes for trying to scam me.

I received a call shortly after stating cables and plugs were not necessary. Which was a lie I ended up checking them later that day and found them in terrible shape! To top it off they charged me for an oil change they didn’t even do!!! Scammers!!!
