- AAabood awertaniJan 5, 20261.0I had a terrible and completely unacceptable experience at this AutoZone location. The store manager, Ralph Bennett, was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional toward customers. While I was calmly waiting for assistance to get the correct paint code for my car, the manager came out yelling at me and other customers. He then threatened us, saying that we either buy something immediately or he would call the police, even though we were doing nothing wrong and were simply waiting to be helped. When I asked for the manager’s contact information, he yelled at me and said, “I am the manager—what are you going to do?” This behavior was intimidating, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable in any customer service environment. I want to clearly state that Drake was very professional, respectful, and helpful, even though he was working alone and clearly understaffed. He handled the situation properly and does not deserve to work under management like this. It is honestly a shame that a large company like AutoZone allows someone with such poor behavior and lack of professionalism to manage one of their stores. I will never return to this location, and I strongly advise others not to shop here. Very disappointing experience.
