Susan is a lifesaver! The only thing I knew about my car was a headlight bulb was out. She helped me pick out the correct one, installed it for me, and even helped clean and polish the headlight casing for me. Looks a ton better and I can see better at night! 10/10 recommend.

Hello! I was helped by Susan today! And let me just say she was nothing short of AMAZING!!! Definitely 10000/10 recommend! The customer service was above and beyond from her! I came for some new headlight bulbs, and I got knowledge on how to do things for my car and more! Definitely recommend. Autozone on 60th st and kalamazoo.

1pm today, the young lady with brown hair was very rude during my visit. Instead of simply walking over to show me where something was, she chose to give me instructions from the register in a condescending way as I’m clearly confused on where the item is. When I asked another employee for help, she became visibly irritated and rushed over in a huffy manner. At that point it was in my best interest to leave, so I did. That is not how customers should be treated, and it created a very frustrating experience for no reason.
