  Everyone was so helpful during a very stressful time, Aisha especially. I bought a battery for my Equinox and with their recommendation to Cascade Cars, my battery was purchased, installed and my old battery returned in 45 minutes. Thank you guys, so much!

  Wow! Such a great experience. The manager Aisha was such a kind heart! Despite the almost negative degree temperatures, replaced my battery and antifreeze. She made it all look so easy! Grateful humans like this exist within our community! BIG thank you! You are appreciated more than you know!❤️ In addition, the gal I spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful and considerate of my situation. Great team of people!

  This store never disappoints. My wiper blade decided to break on a cold day like today. Chris and Merick took care of what I needed in very little time. they were able to select the right blades that I needed. They had the tools to remove and replace my old ones for me and that was a very big help. Thanks again.
