- DSDaniel SchumakerNov 10, 20255.0Haley and the staff were super helpful and friendly. I had to replace a battery last minute and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They were also very knowledgeable, helping me figure out which battery best fit my needs and my budget. They also replaced the battery for me for no extra charge, as is customary at all Auto Zone locations as far as I know. So that was really nice. The prices weren't too outrageous, although just a little higher than I expected (partially the fault of the unique model I drive), I though it would be 150-160 pre tax but it ended up being 230 after tax and everything, but it could have been so much worse, so I think I got a decent value out of it, especially considering the 3 year warranty and the extra cold start amps. Big props to the staff here, I wish I got everyone's name because it wasn't just Haley that was helpful, they all did a great job and were super nice.
