When returning the car, the Alamo workers asked for feedback. I mentioned the marijuana smell and he made a fair compensation to my bill. I appreciate that they cared enough to ask for feedback and that I did not have to go through the hassle of phone calls or complaint letters that I probably wouldn’t have found the time to write.
