  Told them I had a bolt in my back tire, they fixed the tire pressure in the wrong tire and said it was fine. THEY DIDN'T DO THE JOB I ASKED THEM TO AND REFUSED TO DO IT AFTERWARDS due to it being CLOSE to closing hours

  Was a very loyal customer at Belle Plainfield for several years. Have seen a decline in customer service which is unfortunate. New tires purchased from Belle, yet when in need of service or repairs on tires, poor follow up service. Long wait time, rude staff. As a female customer, they are dismissive of concerns and not professional. From my understanding air check and tire rotation is to be included in service? Talking the customer out of services or dismissing concerns is not professional. Recently switched to Discount Tire for my other cars when new tires were to be purchased. Due to 4 new tires and warranty at Belle for remaining vehicle stuck with poor service. Will file with BBB a complaint and other formats for customer complaints. From my prospective, Belle only wants to sell a new set of tires without the follow up service. The Belle tire associates would not even pull up my profile with customer phone etc.. completely dismissive of any concerns.

  June 13th of 2025. I had a seasonal wheel/tire swap done at Belle Tire that unfortunately resulted in damage due to a missed offset difference on my front wheels. The wheels made contact with the brake calipers during reinstall. That said—mistakes happen. What matters is how they’re handled, and this is where Belle Tire really delivered. Ryan & Mike (store leadership) took full ownership and went above and beyond to make it right. They replaced my damaged Brembo calipers (paint-matched) and worked through a very involved process with their wheel vendor to get new front wheels forged and correctly color-matched to my set—even after an initial mismatch. End result: almost a year after the event, everything is perfect and I’m extremely happy. Huge thanks to Ryan, Mike and the team for their professionalism and commitment to making this right. That level of service earns my continued business.

  On time for my appointment to balance my back tires. 45 mins later my car still sits in the parking lot! Something that should take 15 mins tops, turned into nearly a 2 hour visit. I would be rating a Zero star if I could. Furthermore, 1.5 hours into my wait, I was told my car had several problems that didn't relate to any issues I was experiencing. As I approached the desk, several workers asked me questions at the same time, I'm as confused as could be! I stressed, I didn't know what they where talking about and that I didn't have any other problems with my car!! They were incapable of doing the task in a reasonable and respectable amount of time that's for sure! I'll never go to Bell Tire again as I've experienced rude behavior at other locations as well. They mix up everything! When I need new tires I'm going elsewhere where people are treated respectably and they are courteous of YOUR time!
