  Everyone I spoke with at Belle tire were very helpful, super friendly. Great customer service. Getting my tires put on was a relief to me. No issues. I've gotten tire work done from them before which they did an excellent job then, as well as this time. So happy with their service.

  I had a really disappointing experience at Belle Tire getting an oil change yesterday. This was my first time going there, and from the start things felt off. When I arrived, I was told the wait would be an hour. I said I didn’t have that kind of time, and suddenly it became 30 minutes. I also asked about pricing beforehand and was told to just wait until the service was done, which I didn’t feel comfortable with. Customers should know what they’re paying before work is done. After the service, the total was about $30 more than I expected, with no clear explanation upfront. I was also only given a credit card receipt at first, not an itemized receipt showing what was actually done. When I asked for a detailed receipt, I was given attitude for even requesting it. When I got back into my car, my steering wheel had been adjusted and not put back, and none of my tires were checked or filled, something most basic oil change services include. When I went back inside to ask about it, I was again met with attitude and told to drive my car around if I wanted it taken care of. Overall, the lack of communication, transparency, attention to detail, and customer service made this a frustrating experience. I won’t be returning, and I hope they work on treating customers with more respect and clarity in the future.

  I had an excellent experience at Belle Tire on 28th Street! The team was professional, fast, and extremely helpful from start to finish. They took the time to explain my options clearly, didn’t pressure me into anything unnecessary, and got me back on the road quicker than expected. The customer service was top-notch — friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the whole process felt smooth and efficient. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but this location absolutely delivers. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone needing tires or service done right the first time! 🚗👏

  We were in town when a board with several large metal pieces sticking out flew off a semi right in front of us on the highway and popped my tire. We were initially told an hour and a half to 2 hour wait but the tire was replaced within 20 minutes. While we waited a random guy came up and gave us $100 in Bell Tire bucks. We were so very grateful. Not to mention the employee that looks like Santa was so entertaining to my 2 1/2 year old it was very heart warming to watch. The very stressful day turned in to a encouraging night and ended on a very positive note thanks to our experience here.
