  While the staff member who actually helped me was *phenomenal*, Michael K. is the reason I am leaving a bad review. Michael, the older man mentioned in other reviews for discrimination and racism, chose to drum up political conversation when I was just trying to buy car parts! I’m not interested in hearing how much Michael loves Donald Trump, and how much anybody else is wrong for disagreeing. I very likely won’t be returning to this location due to Michael and his inability to maintain professionalism in the work place. It’s clear from reading other reviews that this is not his first, second, or third offense. At this point it’s on the owners for not letting Michael go due to his poor customer service skills.

  A great place to get your parts. The staff are very polite and helpful. I want to say thank you to Haley, Aaron, and DJ for all of your help to. Specially to Haley for all of your help with fixing my car. Girl power.

  Never patronize this business if you have any respect for yourself, or if you don’t claim to be the Ron Swanson of the car world. The older man working the counter is incredibly condescending, hates his life, and should never work in customer service. He responded to every question with passive aggressive comments/questions intended to make the customer feel like an idiot for not knowing more than he does. Disgusting. Examples: “You must hate your car. Why do you hate your car so much?” “You came all this way to buy these and aren’t even sure they’re going to fit?” And when he was asked if he could help, “What, your dad never taught you how to do this?” Maybe let him work on cars in the back where he never has to face another human being.

  With all this snow lately, I had to make the trip to AutoZone last night for some new wiper blades and to scan a check engine light code that had just come up. It was a cold and snowy night so I was hesitant to ask for help outside, but right away and with no bitterness John offered to install the blades for me and help out with the code. He was very kind and made the experience smooth and painless. Give that man a raise! I will definitely make this location my preferred spot for auto parts.
