- GGGrant3 days ago5.0Car class choice was available - price was right and car drove well with no problems. Handled 3 passengers and our luggage very well. Staff at pick up and drop were very friendly and moved us through the pickup and drop off processes quickly. Overall, a first class experience.

The staff at the Grand Rapids airport are amazing! Every single person at pick up and drop off was so happy to be at work!! Everyone was quick, kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and FUN! How do you make renting a car a fun experience? They have it figured out!

He made us feel genuinely welcomed and even took the time to wish us a great stay and hoped we enjoyed our trip. That kind of personal touch really makes a difference. Thank you for making our travel experience so easy and enjoyable. I would definitely rent from Alamo again!
