One, my car was not properly hose down, only one side of it was hosed down, compared to the car in front of me who got a full detailed job. Regardless, the car should get hosed down at least on both sides, not one. Second, my busy mind forgot to put my windows up, the guy that was there just looked at me stupid, straight up like I was dumb. Instead of telling me kidnly. He decided to play stupid and then mutter something under his breath when I finally realized what was happening. I have yet to encounter a nice employee. And the audacity to ask for tips before service. A big no for me.
