- VTVaughn T.Feb 11, 20191.0I will start with they did right: the car looks good. My wife got a call Friday and was told it was ready for pickup. We were busy, and she told them we would pick up Monday morning. Monday morning, she had to leave the house early. I didn't think the car we were loaned would work for all I had to do for work, but it was no problem. I was just pick up our car at the shop. Oh, bad idea. I arrived about 9:00 to 9:05. I was told they would bring the car out. I wait; I go back in. "Well, we need to give it a wash. That'll just be ten minutes." No problem. I go ahead and pay. I wait; I go back in. "Well, just another fifteen minutes." I am getting pretty annoyed at this point, but I wait. I finally go in and tell them that dirty or not I have to go. I have to be at work at that moment. And they pull up the car. I might have given them three stars at that point, but for what happened a little later. I had to pick up things for work, and as I am driving the tail light they told me they fixed went out. Yes. The brand new tail light was bad. Another trip to Vision Collision. No rebate. No partial refund. I have been told they replaced a bulb and put a little air in our tires for all our trouble. Maybe if you have lots of time to waste, you will have better success. If you need the job done well the first time, call someone else.
