  If you care about your vehicle please read. Deer ran into side of truck damaging drivers side door, drivers side rear door, and bedside. Repairs took a a month or so with the main reason being some back ordered box bolts. Once truck was returned we made it less than a mile down the road and the front drivers window decided to roll down on its own and would not go back up. Once we got vehicle home we inspected and found so many things wrong. Short version is the repairs took close to 6 months in total. Bed side is not flush with the cab and sits in a noticeable amount. The drivers side front door won’t seal and air leaks in through the rubber real. (This truck used to be so quiet in the cab, not anymore.) There is over spray from the two tone on the bottom over top of the paint on the top. There is visible body work on the front driver door. There are bolts not re installed on the box. There are broken clips to wiring harnesses. There is over spray on the top of the cab and many other issues. Window tint that was redone has debris underneath. This is criminal to take money from people and perform this type of service. The manager was supposed to reach out and still have heard anything. The craftsman ship of this shop is poor. Please do yourself a favor and take your vehicle somewhere else.

  Scheduled an appt on Gerber's website, and received a confirmation text. Showed up for my appt and was told I did not have an appt, and blamed their scheduling app "car wise" for being inaccurate. Unapologetic for wasting my time I was rudely asked if what I wanted was to schedule and appt weeks in the future. I took my business somewhere else, and won't be back.

  I had just taken my equinox in to get the back hatch repaired after being backed into. They communicated clearly, and the repairs were way quicker than I could have anticipated. Something little that meant a lot was they cleaned the inside of my car, I was not expecting that nor did they have to. I was very excited when I got in and seen it was detailed. I would highly recommend their service. The receptionist/admin was great and the service manager was just as great. Thank you guys!

  I had 3 stone chips in 2 weeks. I left my vehicle there each time for Glassmasters of Portland to come and and replace the windows. Nice facility and excellent customer service all the way around.
