The guy suggested I call the dealership where I bought it 8 years ago and ask. I left with no bulb. Went down the road to the competitor and they asked me the year, make and model. I was out the door with a new bulb in ten minutes.
- KMK MSep 18, 20251.0i would leave a 0 star if I could but I HAVE TO GIVE IT A 1. I am so upset! I went in with my check engine light on, got the code read earlier at the same auto zone. Then called my mechanic and did everything he stated to try to fix the code. He then suggested go into auto zone get the code cleared and if it persists come see him. Later tonight I went in to get the code cleared and the MANAGER HERSELF said “we are not allowed to clear codes for customers”. Yet when I got home I called the store and a gentleman answered and I asked “can you guys clear peoples codes?” He said “yes we can”. So long story short the store manager of that auto zone lied to my face because she wanted to leave on time. Moral of the story don’t go to this auto zone if you can help it.
