  I had an issue with an oil leak after an oil change. Tuffy accomplished the leak and am truly grateful for them. Thank you for your customer service.

  Absolutely worst place to take your car. I went with a minor squeak. They told me it would be $3600 to fix it. They named many things that were wrong. I took it to someone in Grand Rapids and I paid $660. Many of the things they said were wrong, were not. They were trying to scam me and we will never go back there.

  I took my vehicle to tuffy's to have a headlight replaced, tail light replaced, pigtail and fog light put in, they informed me that I had a license plate light out and it was replaced. Less than $100 worth of parts and a repair that should have taken a total of less than 1 hour. They charged me $327. I am a veteran and they offer veterans discount and they did never even discount for that. It was way overpriced. When I opened my hood they had released my fuse holder from the fuse box and never returned it to its original place. Since then I have had an issue with my fuel system not registering and it could easily be because my fuse is blown because the fuse box was not replaced as it should have been. Dam the manager contacted me and discussed the service done. I understand the overall price. Military discount was not applied, but he offered free oil change in lue of the discount. It really seems he want to make sure I was pleased and happy with the outcome. I am and thank you to dan for making sure of that. I have revised my review of this operation and I hope they get more business because of it.
