He was doing a great job leading the cars when it was my turn I was a little nervous, because it was one of my first times through. I shared my concern through the window and with understanding and kindness he did a great job guiding me onto the belt and perfect timing showed me when to switch into nurtural!!! 10/10 recommend asking for Alex if your are going through the Grand Haven quality
