My only issue is that he "threw in" some terminal protector grease to prevent corrosion. Nice. Until I got my receipt. It was $1.99. Not a big deal when you're buying a $300 battery, but it's not "throwing it in" when it costs money. Makes me realize that every time I've bought batteries or brakes from AutoZone over the past 30 years they've been charging me for the little add ons they "throw in". AutoZone needs to coach their employees on the verbiage they use. Would I pay an extra $2 for brake/terminal grease? Of course I would. Would I like to know I'm actually being charged for it? 100% yes.
