- CSCaren StutzmanJun 29, 20255.0While I was traveling through Grand Haven on June 25, 2025 driving my Chevy 4500 Class C RV, I suddenly lost all the electronics and my dash went dark. I happened to see the Auto Zone sign and aimed for the parking lot. I was very anxious and upset, but Jennifer, Jeremy, and Herb went above and beyond to help and and my dogs to get home to northeast Ohio. First, Jeremy and Herb compiled a list of dealerships and garages to contact. After phoning every place and given various reasons as to why they are unable to help me since they do not work on RVs (even though it is a Chevy 4500 van) I was in tears. Herb made a phone call to a local mechanic, John K., and shortly after his arrival I was back on the road. (There were some loose nuts holding the battery cable to the mail fuse and fuse box). I am so lucky that fate brought me to Auto Zone because I feel that even if I did pull into the Chevy dealership less then a mile down the road I would still be in Grand Haven, MI. Thank you for again going way above and beyond your job description to help Quinn, Belushi and myself return home. Always Grateful, Caren Stutzman
