After getting a jump, I headed to Advance Auto Parts to get my battery tested (they were recommended from the tow service that gave me the jump). As I walked in to Advance Auto Parts, an employee was walking out. As he past by, he greeted me with a friendly hello with a warm smile. The gentleman at the counter also greeted me with a friendly hello. When I asked him if he could test my battery, he didn't hesitate to help (even though it was cold outside and sleeting). He tested my battery and gave me his honest opinion that I did NOT need a new battery (which he could have easily sold me one). He informed me that if I needed any additional help, to not hesitate to return. I felt like they were welcoming and honest. I truly appreciate that in a business. I will go back if I have any additional car issues.

When he did finally acknowledge me he had a bad attitude and was very rude. I felt like i was imposing by trying to by parts in there store. Will not be going back.
