  Make sure when you go in for oil change you ask them to check your coolant reservoir. I didn't know I had to ask and it was half full and they didn't fill it to the line so they told me to come back smh. Had an appointment so couldn't go back. Just thought it would be something they checked especially if it's not filled to the line

  Today was my fourth visit to this location over the last few years. It’s always a positive experience here! Austin, Quinten, and Drew go above and beyond. This team is efficient, professional, and kind. I appreciate the consistently excellent communication. It truly makes a difference when people genuinely care about their work and do it with integrity and enthusiasm. I’m always impressed seeing this team in action and grateful for the gold level customer service.

  Waited a half hour for the car in front of me to finish. Then they made me back up and switch lanes. When I it was finally my turn they quoted me 99.99 base price for a simple oil change on a small 4 door car. I ended up going to Gulf in Flushing. They took literally 4 minutes to change my oil and charged me $55.

  Very disappointed in my first visit. Went in after work and got an oil change, had 8 guys working on my car yet I had to get towed back a couple hours later when my skid plate broke on the highway. Not only did they not compensate an oil change, tow, or my cancelation fee for my missed appointment, he explained that it’s because my car is old. I have had this car for three years and not a single issue with my skid plate until visiting this shop. Extremely disappointed. Do not recommend.

  Valvoline service makes me feel valued as a customer. Quentin graciously greeted me and directed me with a necessary change of lane positioning to accommodate a rather unpleasant customer. He was professional and polite and handled the situation with calm calculated responses. Impressive! Jessie took me into the bay, apologized for the change and delay, and attended to my service needs and suggested other car care needs without making me feel pressured. He was kind, attentive, and professional. Austin was performing the service with attention to detail. He was efficient without being rushed He was detailed in his work. Valvoline has proven time and again that they respect their customers. Thanks for caring.
