  I have only washed my vehicle here when I have received free washes in the mail. Employees have been friendly. They obviously want to upsell you their unlimited wash packages. Conveyor car washes STRESS me out. I don't usually go through them without my husband. I have had to honk my horn to get an employee to come out to direct me onto the belt because I'm always afraid I won't be on it correctly. If the company's goal is to get you to purchase their wash packages then they should make sure you get a great wash. Vehicle is never fully clean. But again if you had unlimited washed then you could wash again & again until it's washed to your satisfaction. One visit did rip off my backup camera. I believe Tommy's offer free vacuums.

  Great soft touch car wash with flat conveyor belt style that lifted trucks can go through with up to a 6 inch lift below was my truck on 24 inch rims on 36's

  I do not give any reviews on google but I feel its needed for this place, I do not recommend anyone send their vehicle through the car wash, they dont even prespray your vehicle it goes in with dirt on it and the first set of brushes get it off. Once those brushes get dirty then it start scratching the vehicle. I bought a membership for there best car wash, I went through stopped at the grocery store and when I came out I had 2 long scratches on the door. I thought there is no way tommy express did that and i assumed someone ran a cart down my door or something. Went to Tommy's 2 more times and now my truck is covered in little scratches. I spoke with my friend who also has a membership and his 2023 gmc is absolutely tore up as well. Ive been washing my 2024 chevy truck at fast eddys with 0 issues for 2 years, took it to tommys 3 times and it has scratches on almost every panel. You will not get anymore of my money and I will FOREVER give your wash a bad name. Ill pay to have my truck wheeled out, I dont need to go through some claim with you.
