  This pains me to write this place such a low rating, since I bought my car here. This dealership use to be one that I trusted and would drive down from midland to get work done If you take it in for tire rotation, mark your tires. They only rotated the driver side of my vehicle and didn’t tell me. When I ask they gave me a line about some tires had less trend than other tires. Which is false because I bought all the tires at the same time ( this past summer) with the same mileage. When would you ever rotate half of the tires on an AWD vehicle? Bottom line: mark your tires and verify that they actually did the work. Luckily one of my tires were marked and it did not move location. Trust but verify

  Buying every car should be this easy! It's been over FOUR DECADES since I've had such a great experience buying a new car. Our salesman was Sean McDermott - Sean was patient, and super responsive to all communications, always included my wife on all emails with the simple courtesy of using "reply all" - a seemingly small thing but so annoying when not done! We drove 'up' from Pontiac when there are Honda dealers much closer. Well worth the trip. I highly recommend both Sean and Honda of Grand Blanc.

  Kyle was very courteous — knew what he was doing. The store was nice place to bargain for car. The paperwork was easy to follow — for most things I completely understood. The important questions were cleared up. I hope every salesman was as good as Kyle. The price and comfort to select were outstanding. They made me doubt they are just interested in price. I would visit again for the same service.

  $38,000 Cash Walks Away Due to Zero Follow-Up I stopped by Al Serra Honda in Grand Blanc twice last week, and the experience was a masterclass in how to lose a cash buyer. Visit #1: I stopped in mid-afternoon and waited in the lobby for about 10 minutes. I get that salespeople can be busy, but not a single person acknowledged my existence. No "we’ll be with you in a second," no "hello"—nothing. I guess I should have started riding a unicycle with fireworks going off, juggling hand grenades, and playing carnival music in the background just to get some attention. I eventually just walked out. Visit #2: I returned the next day, a little bit later in the afternoon. The showroom was empty of other customers, yet there were roughly five salespeople at their desks. I don’t know if they were playing Tetris or watching porn, but no one came to talk to me. Eventually, a salesman named Jerry approached me. I told him straight up about my displeasure with the service and he looked a bit shocked. He did get me into a couple of cars to check them out, so I’ll give him that. We agreed that he would text me his number so I could send over photos of my two trade-ins, the registrations, insurance, and the quote I had from another dealer. The Result: He finally texted me about two days later. I immediately sent him all the photos and information he asked for, along with a couple of follow-up questions. I never heard back from him again. Maybe it’s because I didn't "look" like I lived in Grand Blanc that day. I’ve been working myself to the bone cleaning out my mother’s house after putting her into hospice, so I’ll admit I looked a little ragged. But here’s the reality. I had 3 months' salary, I mean $38,000 in cash allocated to spend. In fact, I could have bought 10 of those cars that day in cash. Because Al Serra couldn't be bothered to follow up or provide basic professional courtesy, I took my money and bought a vehicle from someone else. If you’re looking to get ignored while trying to spend forty grand, this is definitely the place to go.

  This is the absolute best shop that I’ve been to for my vehicle’s care. Ben was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and the service provided. He put my trust issues at ease with knowing that my vehicle was well taken care of and that I’m not getting service for items that my vehicle did not need. I will always patron this shop and only buy Honda, moving forward!
