  This was a great experience all around. Mackenzie, Logan, and Woody all went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my experience at the Grand Blanc Enterprise. I will reserve a car with them in the future and recommend Enterprise as a convenient, friendly, fast place to rent a vehicle.

  Would give zero if I could.. Cars smell of Marijuana.. I rented a vehicle due to my primary vehicle being repaired at a dealership. When renting , I informed the agent that I was unsure of a return date, and it was stated to just bring it back when finished... fast fwd to the next week.. my self and extended family began receiving calls listed as "Spam" . Which i do not answer. I received 15 call in a 5 min span from said Spam number. Person left voice mail messages with step-sister, mother, and sister-in law stating it was an urgent matter that they contact me. This method of contact, phone calls is excessive and unnecessary. I' d suggest renting from a different company, due to this procedure.

  Rented a premium SUV. Got there to pick up and non left. Opted for a mini van since we were driving from MI to Tennessee. The entire trip the car beeped due to needing the parking break serviced. Screen was going crazy and all tire sensors reading low even when filled up. When I called I was directed to contact enterprise in Tennessee. Who then directed me to Big O there partner company for repairs. Problematic when we needed a car the entire trip and no one offered a replacement. Grand blanc staff were extremely kind and accommodating, but I will never rent from Enterprise as a company again

  This was Enterprise in Grand Blanc and I HIGHLY recommend that location! We had reserved a SUV a month in advance at a different location the night before we were supposed to pick it up for our vacation they called and said they didn't have one and to call them back in the morning. We called the next morning and they said that we could either take a small car or call other locations, we called Grand Blanc first because they were the next closest and they got us a mid size SUV with only an hours notice. They were super nice and apologetic that we were not treated nicer by the other location even though it wasn't their fault. Needless to say we will always use the Grand Blanc Enterprise from now on! They know their job, they are kind and they even know how to smile. *Story of what happened with other location edited for length *
