    If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I purchased my 2024 Atlas Cross Sport in September 2024 because my fiancé and I were planning to start a family and wanted a dependable vehicle that could handle the Arizona heat. Just three days after bringing it home, I had to return it due to screen pixelation issues. The screen was replaced twice, but the problem was never resolved. Since then, I’ve had to take the vehicle in multiple times. As of 03/03/2026, I am still experiencing the same issue — now with a newborn. On top of that, the front and rear wipers have started activating randomly, and the AC temperature and seat heaters also turn on by themselves. This doesn’t even include the recalls. I escalated my case and requested a repurchase, but I was informed that under state lemon law guidelines, my vehicle does not qualify. Instead, I was offered $2,000 in exchange for signing a settlement agreement that would waive and release all claims against Volkswagen. In other words, accept the money and give up my right to pursue any further action regarding these ongoing issues. When I responded to the offer and expressed my frustration, I was told this was being presented as a “goodwill gesture.” It’s difficult to view it that way when I am left with a vehicle that continues to malfunction and will likely require costly repairs once the warranty expires. I am paying for a vehicle that has not provided the reliability or quality I was promised. This has been an extremely disappointing and stressful experience.

    Picked up a new Jetta ES today everything was smooth and the sales person Mike Medina was awesome was the best and easiest time I've had buying a car. Plus the Price's are the best around would definitely recommend Serra automotive

    I purchased a new car which I love my car btw, but I have had my car in the shop twice and I have only owned the car for 2 months and it’s still not fixed. I have to take it back in tomorrow. The staff is great but I’m so frustrated.
