- MKMichael KearnsDec 25, 20255.0My sister had a small issue with her older 2013 Passat that another local dealer told her that she needed to make an appointment so they could see her within 2 weeks. She needed to replace the locking lug nuts with standard ones. I called Volkswagen of Grand Blanc and they told me to bring it in as a walk in and they would get to it right away. Not only did they service her car within a half hour of my arrival and replaced the locking lug nuts with standard nuts (she had lost the adapter to remove the lock nuts and Volkswagen would not sell her a replacement) so she can now change a flat tire without having to take her car to a dealer. But, they didn’t charge her for the service! Thank you Grand Blanc Volkswagen. We will use your service department for any future needs.
