Ok whatever.. so I go to this one and they have a hard time finding my oil but finally find it. Oil change was fine the car didn’t blow up at least. And come to find out they didn’t even put the correct oil in. Wasn’t Until I just went to do my oil yesterday and the drain plug is so tight that it’s basically jb welded in there. Took it back to th and they couldn’t get it off. I had to take it to an auto shop to have it removed.

Okay no problem I understand, you can’t get an oil change if you can’t get to the engine. Only to find out after turning on my vehicle and leaving the lot. My hood sensor advise that my hood is open and not latch. So I pulled over to the nearest parking lot. Hood is perfectly fine! I guess don’t want someone working on my car if they don’t know how to open a hood. This was on 10/1/25 at 1:30pm
