  My experience at Valvoline has been superior! A very great professional team to keep you going on the road, also gave me a great deal on windshield wiper blades and installment! Thank you Dave and the Valvoline team! My go to oil changing place!

  The guys were kind and very helpful. I was comfortable enough to joke around with them and didnt feel judged or like I was being sold something I didnt need. Very speedy service too!

  I’ve been bringing all my family’s vehicles (4) here for years Just added a new vehicle and brought it here for first time. I’ve been getting a 20% discount for as long I can remember (probably over 10 years) because of a military discount 15% and the 5% loyalty. Today I was told otherwise. I was told that they can’t do 20% and they haven’t done that discount for 3 years. Funny, this is that I just brought two other cars here last month and received 20% discount on both. The addition 5% isn’t going to change world hunger. However, it was all how Quinten (“Manager”) spoke about it. I felt like I was being lied to. He is the one that said they have ever had it as long as he’s been there; 3 years. Jesse, the other manager was pleasant and gave me the full 20% after was told they can’t do it. Not sure what’s going on and what’s the disconnect. I get maybe margins are tough. Or, say something like we longer do those and the most we could now is the 15%, or I’ll give it to you this time, but understand next time it would be gone, then put notes in the system. Just don’t lie and say in three years you’ve never done it. That’s BS.

  The team at the Grand Blanc store on Hill Road are so professional, friendly and courteous! There is never any pressure for recommended service. I have been going to this location for over 10 years! I recently moved about 20 miles away and plan my oil changes around when I’ll be in the area of this location.

  Losing oil pressure and I just got my oil changed not even 3weeks ago I’m down to 60% I took it in at 80% a week after my oil change they told me it was fine but I truly believe something is wrong maybe the oil was is too thin I was told they were out of a certain type of oil and my oil change was $100 this was the hill road location oh and something happened to my radio and lights to where the manager had to come out and look at my vehicle and change a fuse now when my car is in park the lights won’t come on. This is very bad business I am very very disappointed and concerned about my vehicle I will be bringing it back in!!
