Whitney called me 6 hours later to tell me it was done. On top of that, I forgot my rent money in they car. Whitney had it in a ziploc bag waiting for me. I highly recommend AL SERRA Subaru!!

Took to Subaru of Grand Blanc for recall. They replaced it. Then they found a list of major things when i asked them to check it over. Ford Dealer told me to bring it back and they will make it right. Thank you Subaru of Grand Blanc for showing you do the right thing the first time. Thank you Aman and all the service Dept.

- JJJustPassingByDec 27, 20253.0Polite, fast, and professional. But i do have one thing bothering me that annoys me extremely. I was told on the phone that to change my front and rear differential fluid it would be $223. Then i show up for my appointment and they said “it will be $223 when we are finished” They come to get me in the waiting room to let me know my car is done and NEXT THING YA KNOW they say “that will be $250”. That bothers me to the ends of the earth that they weren't honest about the pricing. I work in repairs in a different industry and once i give a quote. Even if there was slightly more to do that i didn't see i honor it. I Didnt like that behavior.
