Unfortunately the technician made an error and the template used to cut the bumper was too large for the panel cover for the kit. A new bumper had to be ordered, fabricated for the hitch, painted and installed. It was a two week process in getting my vehicle back but they made it right and I am happy with the end result. Very professional team and communication was on point!
