    They did a great job diagnosing our problem and kept us abreast every step of the way. Repairs fell under warranty so there weren't any charges. They also didn't try to sell us things we didn't need which I really appreciate. 👍

    John Berry and Michael White were phenomenal! Very helpful and very fast to answer all my questions on looking for a new vehicle. Especially when all communication was done over the phone. Never tried to oversell me. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to find a new vehicle at a reasonable price.

    We were looking for a car that my 6'2" husband could fit in the passenger seat, and I'm barely 5' so something low enough for me to comfortably get into. We looked at GMC, Chevy, Buick and Kia. The Subaru was the only real choice we had. This is our last vehicle so we wanted a nice car. Jim Haynor was a true gem!!! He was very busy that Saturday afternoon but somehow made us feel like the only customers that mattered. We just got home and so far we are very happy with our purchase.

    We recently purchased a new car from Subaru of Grand Blanc and had a great overall experience. When we first arrived, we were warmly greeted by Adam (sales rep) who worked with us every step of the way. We test drove a few vehicles and decided on a particular model (Outback). We were offered a competitive price on our old vehicle and were able to trade it in towards the purchase of the new one. Although we were not ready to make the purchase that day, Adam put a hold on the car and we kept in touch until we were ready a few days later. Delivery day was easy because all the paperwork was handled by our sales rep. We didn't have to meet with anyone else. This says a lot about the trust of the dealership in its employees and the excellent care the employees show their customers.
