- WSW SDec 27, 20251.0Made a service appointment for a Monday at 11a. Upon my 10:45a arrival I was told they could not look at my car until Friday since they were so busy and the upcoming holidays. Leaving my car in your parking lot for a week isn’t what I expected when I made the appointment, so I left instead. 1. I made an appointment, 2. If you can’t keep it- call me before I make the two hour round trip. Guess I need to find a Kia dealer that believes in customer service- hard to find these days. You need to think about this before buying a Kia with a 10 year- 100k mileage warranty- Good luck getting the dealers to honor it!
