    Mason was great to work with! He explained everything well in person and even texted quotes and answered questions as I figured out which car Worked better for me! He was very knowledgeable and never pressured me. It was a great experience for my 1st KIA!

    Absolutely horrible. My vehicle started at out at the body shop by the main Al Serra plaza. It got moved down near Saginaw and Maple with out any communication. It was left outside, unlocked and unattended at least 2 times that I was able to take a 360 image. Once my battery got low from not being driven, I was no longer able to take a vehicle to see if it was outside when unlocked. Upon getting my vehicle back, there's a layer of dust throughout the whole inside. I had the car detailed 2 weeks prior to the accident/drop off. I called a week after it being dropped off and they apparently didn't realize it needed a new tire right away, so there was a delay there. I also told them it needed an alignment and that was not done. The clear coat has some imperfections, thankfully not too noticeable to the untrained eye. If I ever need body work done, I will drive the extra distance not to go here.

    My experience at this dealership was top tier. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Mason… He was super informative on the vehicle I purchased today, he even stayed after hours to show me how to fully function my brand new car. So if you’re looking for a great experience & hospitality this is the dealership to go to 100%. They will definitely be getting another purchase from me in the near future & I would want Mason to be my sales guy everytime!
