I was so in love with the vehicle I had test drove and had a small window to make a trade happen. Mike was able to take over, work with me and get everything moving in the right direction. Both him and the other sales helper were very understanding of my situation and made it as easy as possible for me the day of sale. I was able to leave Michigan and make it home to Colorado in time to pickup someone from the airport in a safer vehicle than I had. The trade in value wasnt as much as others, but the purchase value was lowest in the stae, it all balanced really well. Highly Recommended

Initially Alex was my salesman, and he gave me information about the model I was selecting and I was also able to test drive it! A few months later when I was ready to buy it, I chose him as my salesman. I felt comfortable with him from the very beginning as he was easy to talk to and very friendly! Alex did not pressure me for a sale which made the experience even more promising. Upon purchasing my new vehicle, he explained everything thoroughly regarding the new vehicle and warranties. Afterwards, we went outside to the vehicle and he continued to explain the features of the car which was very helpful to me and I felt more at ease with all the extra features. Alex made my car buying experience a success and I wouldn’t hesitate going back to him and Al Serra in the future as it truly was a wonderful experience!!
