They were closed by the time I realized since it was Sunday. Pick up was delayed by 40 minutes since they were cleaning it. The chemical smell was bad.

(It wasn't, it was likely a national call center) I was able to easily book something with the agent, but while riding in the tow truck to the location I got a call saying they wouldn't have a car for me for at least TWO DAYS. Enterprise made a bad situation FAR WORSE, leaving me stranded with veto few options. I will never ever use their services again and highly recommend against it to anyone.
