  I have been a longtime Enterprise customer for all my car emergencies. Each time I have had amazing team members who went above and beyond at making my experience convenient and pain-free. Shout out to Jyaire at Grand Blanc for the extra help and Clint in Waterford (for saving me 5 yrs ago). If you need a rental and want to do good business…call Enterprise!!

  I get the impression that the employees at this location just do not want to do their job. I originally had a reservation at a location 45 minutes away and was told they did not have the vehicle I had reserved. Grand Blanc location did, so my reservation was transferred. I ended up calling letting them know that it had me there right around 2 o’clock (again, I had almost an hour drive) and that I was aware they were closing at 2 but that I kept hitting lights and would be there ASAP. My reservation was for 2PM. I got there around 2:01 and knocked on the door (which was locked). No answer. I could not see anybody inside—the windows were extremely tinted but I was able to peer in—I then saw a vehicle leaving behind me with people inside. I knocked louder on the door, thinking they had just left me out there and went home. I eventually ended up seeing a girl who went and got a gentleman out of the room she just came from. He told me that I needed to leave because I was “banging on their door”. Could I have knocked a bit nicer the last few times? Sure. But I was already past the point of mentally being able to handle things. He told me that I was expected to just stand out there and wait and they would’ve let me in. That they were in there locking the garage (not sure why that took both him and her to do…?). How am I supposed to know that someone is there if no one even acknowledges me? If they knew I was coming, why did they not have someone available and ready to meet me? Get my reservation finalized and then everyone can get out of there. What a poor way to run a business—the lack of customer care is astounding. That gentleman sounded annoyed from the time I called and told him I was running a bit behind, and I fully believe that he had no intention of helping me. My local enterprise branch in Saginaw is fantastic. This location in Grand Blanc is the only one open on Sunday (aside from airport locations) and I would rather break down on the side of the road in my crappy car that is missing a headlight than to go back to this location and give them a penny of my money.

  Friendly, helpful staff that made my experience smooth! They allowed me to upgrade at very little extra cost and I really appreciated it. I would rent from them again.
