  Great place to go for repairs. They're honest about what you need and what you don't and that's most important to me. I went in for a problem and after describing the issue they checked out my ball joints and tie rods and determined that they were definitely going out, but told me they were maybe a 3 or 4 out of 10 on how bad they were. I need my car for work and said I might as well take care of it now instead of later. Afterwards they decided that wasn't quite bad enough to be what was really causing my issue. So they decided to drive the car and give it a second look and determined that the real problem was a broken wheel bearing. Came back to me and said I didn't need to fix the ball joint and tie rod just yet. Knocked the quote down by $200 switching to the wheel bearing, and they said the other stuff can wait especially because of the 353,000 miles on my car. They could've easily said I needed to fix that AND the wheel bearing and added on a lot of extra money for repairs, but they didn't. They also said my sway bar was problematic but didn't really need repair and I shouldn't worry about it. They gave me an honest evaluation, an honest quote, and did honest work. Also, Chris Fill is a good dude and he does a good job explaining what the technicians are looking at and how desperate you need it fixed. They get my recommendation.

  Went in for a slow air leak. Instead of just fixing the tire, they tried to upsell my husband by lying about the tread depth. My husband didn't bite (newer tires with plenty of tread) and said he just wanted the tire patched. They then lied again and said the tire couldn't be repaired - claiming the nail was in the tire wall - and insisted he needed to buy $500 in new tires. Sensing a scam, my husband had them just put the spare on. The same day, we took it to a different repair shop. They found the nail immediately - where the Belle Tire team clearly marked it - in the tread of the tire and patched it for us for free within minutes. They also said the tire tread was perfectly fine, nearly new. Be careful taking your car to Belle Tire in Grand Blanc for a tire repair. They're dishonest.

  Made an appointment to get my tires rotated. Waited an hour and a half and my truck was still not getting worked on. No point in making an appointment. I’ll be buying my tires somewhere else from now on.

  So I've been in this business for a while and dealt with every kind of manager or employee and hands down best experience at the belle tire in grand blanc mi greeted at walk in exceptional pricing and the people here make you feel like family very professional and will let you know anything wrong with your car tires or sensors and alignments I highly recommend this company over any they helped me out more than anyone else would and got me in quick which was very surprising due to the time of the year thanks belle tire team in grand blanc saved me today.
