  I a. A disabled veteran and Karla Burza is simply wonderful!! I didn't feel any pressure . She is joy to work with when selecting my vehicle!! I definitely received the 5 star treatment which seems like that she treats everyone this way! Definitely recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go to Al Sierra Grand Blanc!

  Very dissatisfied. Brought my new truck in for two recall software upgrade should have taken about 3 hours at the max maybe 4 hrs but I never received a phone call back telling me my truck was done. Tried several times calling and leaving messages with thr service Personnel that checked me in but got no response. About 4:30pm in the called the regular line talk to somebody else in service and they said oh my truck is done but they close at 5:00 and there was no way I could get there before that time. Instead of offering me to stay there until I was able to pick it up my truck which was probably about 5:15 they said they'd leave it outside with the keys in it. Totally unacceptable and very poor customer service.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Michael in the Service Department at Al Serra Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. He is always professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful every time I come in. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, keeps me updated, and makes the whole service experience stress-free. Customer service like his is hard to find these days. Michael consistently goes above and beyond, and the dealership is lucky to have him. I genuinely hope this review helps him get the recognition he deserves. Highly recommend asking for Michael if you need service done.
