And told me how bad my previous oil Chang was. Al Serra the only shop that did all my oil change now I gotta change my engine oil housing, sensors, and some other work do to putting my truck in they care I would never go back there again

My appointment was at 9:40am, I have children’s car seat in the van, I was not able to leave the van nor was I prepared to. I left and went to another dealership and the van was fixed within an hour. I’m very disappointed in Al Serra Chrysler.
