  Very professional and helpful team there. Sales to service and all in between. If you are on the fence about your choice of sales dealerships and service departments, Al Serra is the best in the area. Everyone I talked to recommends them, and I actually live closer to a different dealership that I will never go to again.

  Everyone at Al Serra Chevrolet was beyond amazing. Darwin was fabulous and found us exactly what we wanted at a lower price than we thought. He made sure we were taken care of from getting the best price for our trade in, to helping us transfer our items to our new vehicle, every minute was so easy. This was the best experience my husband and I have ever had buying a vehicle and we won’t go anywhere else again. Thank you to the entire staff!

  In January ‘26 I bought a ‘26 Silverado from Darwin. Great experience! He showed me all the options available to me to make sure I wasn’t missing out on something I wasn’t thinking about. NOT pushy at all. Once I narrowed down some options we got to price. We went over all available rebate options, and snagged all rebates that I was interested in. I had some issues with a trade in, and he was overly patient, reaching out to see how he could help. Buying a car can be a real pain, but Darwin made it a smooth process! If you’re in the market, see what Darwin can do for you!

  I had my first opportunity to work with Logan Keen in the service department at their Grand Blanc location on January 7. He was very friendly, explained things thoroughly and was very professional! While I was standing at his kiosk, I noticed that many of his colleagues look to him for advice and leadership. From what I observed, he has great customer service skills and leadership qualities that shouldn’t be overlooked.

  I enjoyed my visit at Al Serra Chevrolet. It was my first time there, as I just moved to the area. I liked how they had really soon availability for my oil change and tire rotation, and I didn't have to wait 1-2 weeks out, like at the other dealerships I checked into. My Service Advisor was Jacob Kinney, and, he was thorough in his communication with me. Only thing that could have been better was that I didn't get a print out of my MPVI sheet. I did ask, and Jacob tried. I give him credit there. It was a system error that wouldn't allow him to email it or print it out for me. But, other than that, nice experience. Loved how they had different options for coffee on their coffee machine. 😊 So, that was cool. Perhaps some cold pops for next time, too? 😉😝 (A nice Diet Coke would have been amazing!).
