  Took my chev Equinox 2018 in for an oil change. Told by service advisor Jacob Kinney that my radiator was leaking and that I needed a new one and that it would be 2000.00. I went to Vic canever for a diagnosis on the radiator. If replaced would be 1200.00. They kept it over night and found no leakage. I had to pay for the diagnosis and coolant. Bill was 451.09.   I bought the car under the impression it was a great car until driving and hearing an awful noise, radio was not coming on so they had to order a new one..I felt as if Blake or the other gentleman believed my car was making a squeaking noise I came there 3 times and they looked at me as if I was lying,It wasn’t until I spoke with josh in AlSerra Chev and he had jackson ride with me for the 4th time and now they’ve had my car since last week.. needing new brakes (which I was told were just done before I got the car and a new serpentine belt was put on which was not true either I really just want a car that does not have this many issues especially in a 2week time of just driving off the lot. I have had several bad experiences with cars Inthought this one would be different… I got this car from Honda dealership and Kyle was great but unfortunately this car is not.. hopefully they find me a car that fits my needs.

  I drove all types of vehicles for cleaning and detailing in the 90s for Al Serra Chevrolet and my time doing that is still my favorite jobs in my earlier life, driving newer cars was a dream job especially when I was able to drive classic cars once in a while for the flint auto auction and all the vehicles I was able to drive and deliver after spending the day detailing cleaning the undercarriage and anything else a vehicle needed, THANKS AL SERRA FOR THE GREAT MEMORIES

  I just went to Al Serra for my first time a few weeks ago to find a new vehicle and was shocked by the range of options they offer. The lot has so many options to basically anyone’s needs. I ran into Kevin yzquierdo who works there and has been in the business some time while browsing some cars in the lot. After finding some of my interest I went Inside to talk and he was a delight to work with in the process of buying one, he made everything quick no pressure or convincing on purchasing and would recommend him to anyone coming in! He’s got a great interest for the customers values and gets what you need done no hassle!

  ❗❗ AVOID BUYING GM VEHICLES ❗❗ My C8 Corvette Has Sat in the Courtesy Chevrolet Dealership Since Mid-August (Case #74032149) I purchased a 2024 C8 Corvette expecting a high-performance vehicle—but my experience has been a disaster. Major issues within 4,000 miles: ❌ Air conditioning failed ❌ Transmission wouldn’t shift out of 1st, 2nd, or 3rd gear ❌ Infotainment system couldn’t connect to a hotspot I flew to Colorado to take delivery and drove the car home, only to face these problems shortly after. I took it to my local Chevrolet dealership with certified Corvette mechanics, but the car has sat there since mid-August and is not yet repaired. Communication from GM has been inconsistent, with promised calls not returned and multiple representatives involved. After approximately 50 to 100 attempts, GM finally escalated the matter to its legal team. Their buy-back offer is below the total I paid, excluding: Shipping Dealer-required add-ons Costs I incurred to take delivery They also deducted mileage on a nearly new car—even though those miles were necessary for: Taking possession The break-in period Driving without air conditioning in 90-degree heat I am reviewing this dealership only because they sell GM vehicles, to help people make informed decisions. ⚠️ Buyer beware: GM has not resolved my vehicle’s issues after extensive efforts.
