  Excellent service. I have a 2017 Cadillac xts They flushed and changed my coolant and brake fluid. Also did the oil and filter change along with checking my suspension and rear shocks as well as diagnosing a problem with the collision avoidance system. Total bill was $385.00 This was the 3rd time Ive gone there in the last few years, including the purchase of a 2023 ct4. I would highly recommend Al Serra in grand blanc mi. for any and all automotive needs.

  Connor has been fantastic to deal with. He’s handled the regular maintenance, and occasional repair, of the vehicle through the entirety of my ownership. Most recently, my repair needed additional parts not immediately available. I would have been without a vehicle for several days during some intense Michigan winter weather had Connor not gone out of his way to ensure I had a capable vehicle during the extended repairs. This was definitely above and beyond as my car is an older model and the level of repair didn’t rate such a level of attention. He’s consistently communicated the status and any updates that are pertinent. I don’t have to worry about what’s happening with my vehicle when I’m dealing with Connor.

  Jim Phillips understood my problem immediately! He sent my car back to the technician and within less than half an hour I was on my way. There was no way to ensure that my car had been repaired until a couple days later when we had snow and ice overnight and I took my car out for a test drive early Sunday morning. It handles terrific! Exactly the way it should! Not to be dramatic, but the way my car handled previously and the way it handles now is nothing short of lifesaving! Previously, I could hardly keep my car on the road when it was slippery. I thank the staff at Al Serra's for their professionalism and mechanical skills.

  I love Al Serra Cadillac. The car buying process was great but what’s even better is the road side assistance they offer. My car got a nail in the tire and they put a full size spare on it. Once my tire was repaired/replaced they came to my house to put the wheel back on! Can’t beat that. With our tire insurance it was free and will be for up to 70,000 miles.

  Anthony was amazing!! He was professional, knew the answer to all my questions. Made me feel like a priority. He was very helpful, attentive and showed wonderful integrity. This was my third Cadillac. I drove an hour and a half to buy my car from Anthony and I will be back to buy my fourth Cadillac from him as well. He was also very organized and made the purchase seem seamless and had all my documents right there for me to sign. I am happy to refer anyone to him. Wonderful person. So glad I had a great experience.
